CGW confirmed as main sponsors for Haslemere Beer Festival 2013
Clarke Gammon Wellers, one of Surrey’s most respected estate agents, has been confirmed as a main sponsor of Haslemere Beer Festival for 2013.
Steve Cook Partner of Clarke Gammon Wellers commented: “We’re delighted to be again sponsoring Haslemere’s annual beer festival, an event close to the hearts of the local community. Each year we see the hall brimming to the rafters with beer enthusiasts alike, sampling real ales from across the three surrounding counties, whilst enjoying live music performed by local bands. All in all, it’s a truly local event that we couldn’t resist supporting and putting our name to”
Simon Labrow, one of the organisers of the event said “The generosity of sponsors such as Clarke Gammon Wellers help to cover the costs of staging Haslemere Beer Festival. The beer festival is run by volunteers with surplus funds after costs going to charity.
Haslemere Beer Festival takes place at Haslemere Hall on Friday 6th & Saturday 7th September as part of the 2013 Haslemere Food Festival.
Firmly established as a leading Beer Festival for real ale enthusiasts and music lovers throughout the South East, more than 1000 are expected for this year’s event.
Over 40 great real ales, ciders and perries, a wide range of live music and delicious hot food have proved a winning formula for the festival now in its seventh year. In light of the difficult financial situation affecting many people it has been decided to hold the beer prices at 2009 prices making a visit both affordable and enjoyable!
Friday and Saturday evenings are from 7pm to 11pm and feature a selection of great local bands. Saturday lunchtime between midday and 4pm has a laid back atmosphere to while away the afternoon and meet some of the brewers featured.
Haslemere Beer Festival focuses on beers from Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire. This year there is also a special selection of Cornish beers from smaller breweries arranged in conjunction with the Keltek Brewery of Redruth.
The festival has three main objectives; to support local brewers, create a great atmosphere which brings the local community together and to raise money for charity. Join us and drink for charity!
Further sponsorship opportunities are available, please contact Simon Labrow, firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to support this worthwhile event.
