Each year the West Surrey Association of Surveyors, Auctioneers and Estate Agents (WSA), together with the sponsors of the Surrey Property Awards, nominates a local charity to benefit from the funds raised at the Surrey Property Awards.

The Guildford based charity, Challengers was the chosen recipient for the 2013 event, which raised an incredible £11,500. Challengers provides exciting play and leisure opportunities for disabled children and young people and the timing of this donation appeal could not be better as the Charity is due to move into its amazing newly built Stoke Park premises in January 2014.

However, whilst nearly all the fund raising has been achieved for the new building, the charity has very little in the way of funds to spend on toys and games for the children who rely on the centres for some fun and therapeutic time.

Eager to assist them in setting up their new premises and to maintain its relationship with such a deserving charity, the WSA is putting out a call for new or nearly new toys and games to be donated for the children at Challengers. Donations can be taken to the designated Estate Agents’ branch offices, which are listed below between now and 7th February. So, if your children have any unwanted Christmas gifts or toys, which are in excellent condition, please donate them to Challengers where they will be very greatly appreciated.

The following Estate Agents offices have kindly volunteered to be ‘Toy Drop-Off’ locations:
